Maclan was such a sweet bundle of joy and I wanted to do something special for them as a way of saying congratulations on becoming parents. So, I offered to take some memorable photos and create an adorable newborn film so they could capture all those precious moments with their first child forever.

Ideally You will want to inquire about a newborn session within three months or further out. We will plan for a date within the first two weeks of your expected due date with room for flexibility. Newborn sessions can be done after the first two weeks but its ideal to stay within that timeframe.
How far in advance should we book for maternity shoots?
Newborn sessions are ideal earlier in the morning or mid afternoon. Base it around feeding time so that baby sleeps and feels more at ease for the session.
When is the best time for Newborn sessions?
Newborn sessions typically take place in your home. This makes the session more personal to the new parents and family. However for family sessions with older children we can opt for a park or a location of your choosing. However I have great spots to recommend.
